Descripción
The main responsibilities will be:
- Be responsible for technical support & troubleshooting.
- Handle requirements or complaints from customers.
- Racking and updating status of issues and advice internal and external customers accordingly.
- Assist to delivery products or technical services to customers.
- Responsible for corresponding customer relationship maintenance.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
We are looking for a person with:
- Experience in Telecomm and other related areas, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Experience with network equipment operation& Maintenance will be beneficial.
- Major in Computer science, telecom, Network Engineering or similar subject, Other but with similar relevant working experience also accept
- Fluent English; can speak Chinese is a plus.
- Good English and Spanish communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Quick learner
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team work spirit.
