Senior Manager

Functions: - Manage teams of business analysts and ensure talent management and execution of clients' projects. - Execute the local accounts strategy, ensuring traction in the key performance indicators through the implementation of an operational monitoring worksheet, talent strategy, development of good practices, knowledge management, product development and solutions. - Manage the delivery of rapid response business information research projects through the coordination of a large group of analysts (more than 50 analysts). - Supervise communication with the client, the assignment of the work flow and the resolution of queries, - Actively participate in company activities related to innovation, training and development. - Support the global strategy of the Line of Business and the sales team with business ideas, proposals and presentations.
